    • Sanda: Catch-and-sweep techniques, hip throws, and explosive dumps.

    • Anti-Grappling: Breaking grips, redirecting force, and takedown counters.

  • Objective: Develop efficient, non-striking-based takedowns for control.

2. WARRIOR CAGE GRAPPLING (TOURNAMENT PREP)

  • Focus: Adapting Krav Maga & Sanda techniques to a competition setting.

  • Key Techniques:

    • Krav Maga: Grip manipulations and off-balancing from clinch positions.

    • Sanda: Upper-body throws, foot sweeps, and explosive elevation techniques.

    • Cage Wrestling: Using the wall for takedown setups and counters.

  • Drills: Live takedown battles, chain-wrestling sequences, and position control.

  • Objective: Make these takedowns effective under tournament rules.

3. LIVE WRESTLING & CONDITIONING

  • Focus: Realistic grappling rounds with takedown application.

  • Key Techniques:

    • Non-stop takedown chaining—no striking, pure wrestling control.

    • Body lock & clinch-based takedown endurance.

    • Recovery under pressure—maintaining control after repeated throws.

  • Drills: 3x3-minute live takedown-only matches, endurance circuits.

  • Objective: Build a tournament-ready grappling base without reliance on striking.
