1. FUNDAMENTAL STRIKING & CLINCH CONTROL
Focus: Efficient striking with wrestling-based clinch setups.
Key Techniques:
Krav Maga: Direct, aggressive kicks & hand trapping into clinch.
Sanda: Side kicks, sweeps, and off-balancing footwork.
Clinch Basics: Neck control, wrist fighting, and inside positioning.
Drills: Kickboxing rounds with controlled clinch engagement.
Objective: Build striking dominance while transitioning into clinch control.
2. COMBAT ADAPTATION (STRIKING-TO-WRESTLING TRANSITIONS)
Focus: Merging kickboxing with wrestling-based positioning.
Key Techniques:
Krav Maga: Striking to body lock entry, trip setups.
Sanda: Catch-and-counter kicks, off-balancing from clinch.
Takedown Setup Wrestling: Setting up inside trips and sweeps.
Drills: Controlled striking rounds with clinch/takedown entry integration.
Objective: Develop seamless transitions between striking and wrestling.
3. LIVE STRIKING & WRESTLING PRESSURE
Focus: Real-time kickboxing with controlled takedown applications.
Key Techniques:
Striking under wrestling pressure—learning to fight while being grabbed.
Clinch wrestling endurance—maintaining striking ability inside the clinch.
Balancing offense & defense—throwing while resisting takedowns.
Drills: 3x3-minute rounds with striking + takedown setups allowed.
Objective: Train fighters to control fights where striking meets wrestling.
