1. FUNDAMENTAL STRIKING & CLINCH CONTROL

  • Focus: Efficient striking with wrestling-based clinch setups.

  • Key Techniques:

    • Krav Maga: Direct, aggressive kicks & hand trapping into clinch.

    • Sanda: Side kicks, sweeps, and off-balancing footwork.

    • Clinch Basics: Neck control, wrist fighting, and inside positioning.

  • Drills: Kickboxing rounds with controlled clinch engagement.

  • Objective: Build striking dominance while transitioning into clinch control.

2. COMBAT ADAPTATION (STRIKING-TO-WRESTLING TRANSITIONS)

  • Focus: Merging kickboxing with wrestling-based positioning.

  • Key Techniques:

    • Krav Maga: Striking to body lock entry, trip setups.

    • Sanda: Catch-and-counter kicks, off-balancing from clinch.

    • Takedown Setup Wrestling: Setting up inside trips and sweeps.

  • Drills: Controlled striking rounds with clinch/takedown entry integration.

  • Objective: Develop seamless transitions between striking and wrestling.

3. LIVE STRIKING & WRESTLING PRESSURE

  • Focus: Real-time kickboxing with controlled takedown applications.

  • Key Techniques:

    • Striking under wrestling pressure—learning to fight while being grabbed.

    • Clinch wrestling endurance—maintaining striking ability inside the clinch.

    • Balancing offense & defense—throwing while resisting takedowns.

  • Drills: 3x3-minute rounds with striking + takedown setups allowed.

  • Objective: Train fighters to control fights where striking meets wrestling.
